Shipping
Every Alex Perry order is dispatched via Express courier with complimentary delivery worldwide. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - duties and taxes are included, with nothing owing on arrival.
Australia
Complimentary Express delivery within 1-3 business days.
Same-day courier to Sydney Metro is available upon request.
United States & Rest of World
Complimentary Express delivery within 3-5 business days. Delivered Duty Paid.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be issued by email. A signature is required upon delivery.
Pre-order pieces dispatch on the date listed on the product page.
Returns policy
Complimentary returns are offered on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery. Pieces from our sale collection may be returned within the same period for store credit or exchange.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- Unworn and unaltered
- All tags attached
- With original packaging

Refunds on full-price pieces are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
