Does Alex Perry Bride hold trunk shows?
Alex Perry Bride offer opportunities to preview new collections throughout the year via our stockists.  Please email bride@alexperry.com.au for more information on trunk shows and availability.

The Process

Can I view any Alex Perry Bride in person?
Alex Perry Bride facilitates all orders online. We recommend contacting one of our Bride stockists who have samples of the collection available to view in person. As Alex Perry facilitate all orders online, currently our team do not facilitate fittings. What dress sizes do you offer?
Alex Perry Bride offers size UK4 – UK20. We follow our ready to wear dress sizes and recommend knowing which size you take. For advice on sizing, please email bride@alexperry.com or alternatively, click here to view the Alex Perry Bride Size Chart for specific measurements and further information.
Can I choose to modify Alex Perry Bride?
Alex Perry has decisively designed the collection in house with specific design details. Alex Perry Bride is made to order, and we do not facilitate any modifications or changes to design.
What to do if I need alterations to Alex Perry Bride?
We recommend taking your gown to a trusted tailor who will be able to help with any alteration requests. Please contact bride@alexperry.com.au for further information and advice.

Ordering

How do I purchase Alex Perry Bride?
Alex Perry Bride orders are facilitated directly through communication with our client advisors. All orders require a 30% deposit, followed by a balance payment prior to dispatch. Please contact bride@alexperry.com.au for further details.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Alex Perry Bride are made to order and require 4 – 6 months in production. You will receive monthly updates on your Alex Perry Bride order and an estimated delivery date at the time of deposit payment.
Can I purchase a gown off the rack?
Due to high demand, Alex Perry Bride have limited stock availabilities for immediate dispatch. Please contact bride@alexperry.coml,au to enquire about your favourite style and our client advisors will help facilitate any rush orders.
What do I do if my dress does not fit when it arrives?
In the rare event your gown does not meet the sizing or fit specification, please contact bride@alexperry.com,au so that our team can best assist.

Shipping

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Alex Perry Bride offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped internationally with DHL Express. Please contact bride@alexperry.com.au for additional shipping information.
Do you facilitate exchange or returns?
Alex Perry Bride does not offer exchange or return.
